Kaia Laursen

Hello! I am an ICF-credentialed coach and former Fortune-500 product management executive with a proven track record leading high performing teams and organizations, making successful career pivots, and coaching/teaching global professionals. I have two decades of professional experience spanning multiple continents and numerous domains including product management, strategy, consulting and teaching. Whether facilitating corporate workshops with dozens of teams, teaching hatha yoga classes, or coaching individual clients, I have come to believe deeply in cultivating authentic presence as one of the most powerful means to inspire lasting change and unlock new possibilities for personal fulfillment. I’m truly passionate about helping other leaders better connect to themselves in order to better connect with others and the world at large. In my free time, I feel most alive in nature, engaged in movement of all kinds including yoga, dance and tai chi, and learning new things, especially in psychology. I am deeply rooted in values of health, wellness, community, equity, and learning and they influence how I show up daily in my life, both in and out of sessions with my clients.
