Arlene Fairfield

My passion is to help you, your team or your organization discover and be better at what you were meant to do. For some, that means just living a life with more contentment or joy. For others, it means embarking on new journeys to put forth your talents and gifts into the world. My experience and preparation spans over 20 years of work with individuals, organizations and companies to improve their results. I currently have a private coaching practice and am a faculty coach for women's development and leadership programs. My education includes a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University, an MBA from the University of Washington and most recently I completed an intensive Certified Coach Training Program with Newfield Network. In 2008 I founded Global Change Network, a company that works with those improving the health and well-being of people and the planet.
