Elisa Canova

Elisa enjoys partnering with leaders eager to break free from limiting beliefs and habits and to create new possibilities. Her background includes over 20 years in management consulting with expertise in strategic analysis, creating competitive advantage, and maximizing business performance. She has partnered with clients from start-ups to Fortune 50 and brings a uniquely broad perspective to her coaching. Her work has a strong bias toward moving from "insight to action" to produce accelerated and measurable individual and organizational impact. Going beyond the typical focus on "skills and tools," Elisa has leaders get clear on "how they show up in the world" – how their language, emotions, and body presence serve or hinder attaining desired results. Each coaching engagement is approached with great respect for the leader and their talent, with the aim of creating a safe environment for deep insight, courageous dialogue, and action.
