I’m a non-profit professional turned coach and social change consultant. With nearly a decade of experience in peacebuilding and conflict mediation, I transitioned to coaching to address the overwork, overwhelm, and burnout prevalent in the social sector. I support professionals at all levels in navigating career pivots, developing as leaders, and stepping into new roles or entrepreneurial ventures with confidence. Additionally, I work with organizations and groups to build emotional resilience, manage change, and enhance their work experience. Alongside my Newfield Network coach training, I am also trained in Emotion-Centered Coaching and certified as an Emotional Culture Deck Practitioner. Based between Belgrade, Serbia and Seattle, WA, I work with clients globally.
