I coach to enhance global peace, love, joy, compassion, and well-being. I have extensive experience in the health and wellness industry operating as a Life Coach, Health Coach, Pilates Trainer, Personal Trainer, manager, entrepreneur, and program developer. I hold a Master's Degree in Public Health Epidemiology and certifications as a Newfield Coach, NASM Personal Trainer, NASM Weight Loss Specialist, and Balanced Body Pilates Instructor. Authenticity is what I do best. I lead, connect, and live with it pulsing through my veins. The moments when I struggle the most occur when I speak or act inauthentically to my true thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Living authentically is the key to navigating difficult decisions, conversations, and relationships. We must seek authenticity to find peace and happiness.
