Ann is passionate about the value of groups and teams in adding to our joy, fulfillment, and effectiveness. Together with Kemia Sarraf and Antoinette Dubois Ayers, she is co-creator of the Trauma Mitigation Master Coach training program. Ann has written two books: Being coached: Group and team coaching from the inside, and VUCA tools for a VUCA world: Developing leaders and teams for sustainable results.
