Carl is an Executive and Leadership Coach and founder of Godlove Group LLC. He has nearly forty years' business experience, including twenty as CEO and twelve in tech. He engages corporately and privately with executives, organization leadership, startup founders, entrepreneurs and individuals across the U.S. He helps individuals and teams improve their effectiveness and create the future and results they desire through enhanced situational and self-awareness. As CEO, Carl led the turnaround and transformation of a regional, family-owned consulting engineering firm into a national service provider, earning him the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Prior to that, as Vice President of Software and Product Development, Carl led the development of the first interactive, graphic, network analysis simulator for the international pipeline utility industries. Securing a 90% share of the U.S. natural gas market, international growth followed with world-class software products delivered to twenty-three countries. Carl is a licensed, professional engineer, a civil engineering graduate of Lehigh University, and an alumnus of Dickinson College in physics and math. He invented and patented a golf device sold worldwide through GodloveGOLF.com. He feeds his curious nature and passion for writing and helping others through BeYourselfBlog.com. He’s an evangelist for open-mindedness and living fearlessly in curiosity to pursue of your life purpose. Carl has served, in leadership roles, dozens of local and state-wide community and business organizations, schools, and universities, presently including, among others, Penn State and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry.
